Stayed as part of a group with a groupon deal. The rooms were clean and comfortable with tea, coffee, fridge and microwave in the room. Bathroom was clean with plenty of hot water and towels. This is one of many B&Bs on Cardigan Road. Family run hotel. Near Headingley Cricket Ground. Stayed there to be near where I stayed at Leeds Uni when a student. Rooms were quite small but had a good nights sleep, friendly staff, good value.

Room comparable to a prison cell. Sink 30 cms from Bed head. Super thin walls. Paid for 2 nights but walked out after 1. Worth £10 a night maximum, which is only for the parking.

We booked using a Groupon voucher and got a tiny room which was clean and acceptable, The shower was pitiful and the water was only tepid not hot so I couldn't have a bath in the tiny bath. when we went to breakfast every table was stacked with dirty pots, we cleared some and sat, whilst they took our order... The Butlers hotel is just the same hotel as the Boundary Hotel, which I didn't book at because it had such bad reviews. I ended up paying up-front, was given the keys and that's it. No, warm 'how are you?' and prettymuch no internet signal in the room which was about as small as two single beds next to eachother.... More
