Booked 4 rooms for my partners birthday and a night out in Leeds. Rooms were lovely clean and spacious and the breakfast served was good. One word of warning which is nothing to do with the hotel - If you book a minibus into Leeds do not pay more than a tenner - we were charged £17 going and £9.80...

Highly recommend this hotel. Rooms are very spacious and always clean. staff are brilliant very friendly and always willing go help. Food is lovely well presented and very tasty. would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We have stayed here several times and each time have been truly impressed with friendliness of staff, cleanliness, good breakfast etc. etc. Have stayed in lots of places, and trust me, this family run hotel is far superior to a lot of the big chains. Give it a go.

My wife stayed here recently and was very impressed with the facilities. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast very tasty and staff polite and helpful. Prices very reasoable. Hotel very near lots of restaurants, shops etc, very central for sightseeing etc. Highly recommended.

What can I say Reception staff excellent. Restaraunt staff and food above and beyond expectations. Price unbelievable. Cleanliness fantastic. As well travelled people we would recommend this hotel to anyone familly and business.
