We came here for a hen do and were pleasantly surprised. The location was good- close to bars and restaurants. The customer service wasn't great to begin with, the young receptionist was snippy when we arrived (not the best welcome) but all other staff were very friendly and helpful. We did, however, have door issues with the keys. They said... More

We visited Leeds on a hen do and was expecting a premier inn type of hotel but were quite surprised that it was nicer than that chain. The food we had before going out on the Saturday night was dry, horrible and expensive. Breakfast on the other hand was brilliant, how van a hotel vary so much in its food... More

The customer service started bad with the check in, the accomodations manger checked us in he was off hand and just civil, nothing about when breakfast was the next morning. We used the restitution that night and the service was ok but slow. The room itself was fine clean and comfortable. When we went or breakfast the next morning the... More

Jurys Leeds is on the edge of the city centre. In terms of the building and rooms, it is standard jurys quality. Check in took a while. No queue, just very slow taking payment and tapping away on the computer. No eye contact with me whatsoever, did not feel welcome. Car parking is a good 15 minute walk away, but... More

i stayed in the jurys inn leeds on a hen do and we had two triple rooms on the fifth floor. the entire floor appeared to be made up of hen and stag groups, fun atmosphere, room was clean and comfortable with working air con and tea and coffee facilities and was in a quiet spot overlooking a quiet pedestrian... I would not stay here again. The room itself was fine. It was clean and basic but comfortable to the levels you might expect for a 3* hotel. Breakfast and check out were again fine. The problem came in that I arrived at around midnight.. I couldn't find the car park and had to wait outside the hotel in the... More

Located in the Brewery Wharf Area and is very convenient for the city centre. Our room had a great view over the centre. Facilities in the room were good and the bed was supremely comfortable. This was my second stay here and as I did not write a review first time it must say something if I stayed there again.... More

Reasonably priced hotel which is close to the City centre and road networks. The rooms are nothing special but adequate and clean. I quite enjoyed watching the progress of the demolition team on the old Brewery Wharf site in the morning although if you wanted some sleep after 8am it would be difficult as the noise was sufficient to drown... Stayed here for one night mid week. Reception staff friendly. Very few staff around in the afternoon and evening. Waited at the bar to be served and the few staff in the restaurant at night seemed to be rushed off their feet. It was not busy either. the food quality was good. The room was clean and comfortable although very... More
