Had three nights in the Rokeby, in room 8. I have nothing I can complain about. Spotlessly clean, very quiet, and the bath was bliss! Breakfast was plentiful and of good quality. Mark and Karen were lovely, the rooms were nicely set up with coloured cushions, beautiful hand cream and a great view of the back garden. Breakfast was great. About a ten to fifteen minute walk in to town, which may not be very safe on a late Saturday night.

We have spent a night at the Rokeby Guest House while travelling around the southwest of England. Quiet location, 1 mile from the cathedral, not difficult for parking. Very comfortable and tidy bedrooms and excellent breakfast.

had to cancel my booking here because suffered a heart attack. Although cancelled 36 hrs before my planned arrival, the owners charged me the full price - without discount.
