On our arrival staff very friendly. Stayed in room above the pub which had recently been refurbished, it was very clean with nice decor. Shower room was quite small but adequate for our needs. Ten minutes walk to town so very good location.

Booked due to,location but boy what a mistake, shoved outside in a chalet type block facing the car park and rubbish bins. Tv did not work and staff unwilling to sort out. Clean and comfortable room, friendly and professional staff, Good food (we had steak and kidney pudding for dinner). Windsor Castle straight up the road. We recommend it, it was just what we were looking for

What a pleasant change from my normal dealings in crappy London hotels Massive bed, superb continental breakfast, and even a fridge! Staff in the bar were friendly and really helpful Would definitely recommend and return

Three narrow flights up, the toilet in one cupboard and the shower in another in what is basically a room over a pub. All of this is ok, but I got rudely bounced out a little after 10 am, because they wanted to clean the room for the next guest. Not cheap either.
