The Foley Arms in the centre of Malvern is perfect for access to the theatre and is a lively and popular local pub. The view from the rearward rooms is great, on a clear day, but they do overlook the beer garden and smoking terrace so can be noisy. The room was well furnished and equipped, even with an iron... The Foley Arms is in the centre of Great Malvern, an imposing hotel set in wonderful undulating countryside. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The food was good, through we where surprised that breakfast was not included . The staff worked very hard on the Saturday night as there was a wedding. One problem at the hotel is that... More

I would recommend this hotel because it is lovely inside and right in the centre of Malvern which is very convenient. We had a lovely room with a most fantastic view. The weather was lovely so we were able to take advantage of sitting outside on the balcony to eat our meals. Food was also lovely. I think it may... More

This hotel is situated right in the centre of Malvern. The theatre and all the other bars and restaurants are within easy walking distance. The rooms are clean, modern with all the usual facilities.Flatscreen TV, tea, coffee and hairdrier. For £44 a night it is remarkable value for money. Food also at Wetherspoons prices. We stayed for 1 night, a Saturday night, 2 adults & our 2 children as we had a family party to attend. Room was very large and decorated very well, loved the fact that the artwork in the room & halls were all done by local school children, a very nice touch! Very quiet, even though it was a Saturday... More

We stayed here for 1 night. Hotel is in a good location for walking the Malvern Hills. Receptionist was friendly and helpful on arrival. Hotel had lots of character with great views. We stayed in a superior room, which was at the back of the hotel and had the great views...but it was also above the patio area, which on... More

Take your earplugs for this hotel...Vacuum cleaning at 5am!! and they didn't seem to care. They apparently bought new vacuums, but they whine terribly. Food - just pub grub with only miserable, decorative greens. SO MIND YOUR COLON!. Try ASK over the road..much better. Other than this the rooms are very good actually. Clean, good showers with sumptuous bedding. The staff... More

We booked this hotel via Late Rooms as we were going to the theatre in Malvern. We were not far away from home but did not fancy driving back and did not want to pay the earth. Our expectations were not high because we didn't pay the earth for the room and we know that Weatherspoons is known for basic... More

Great location, with some fabulous views from the back rooms , although it's a shame (for the hotel, if not for the town) that the car park I remember from years ago now has a supermarket in it! Staff friendly and apologetic but quite chaotic and disorganised at reception etc. Breakfast cheap and tasty and beds comfortable (although the third... More

The room itself (superior double) has been tastefully refurbished with some exotic touches such as the oplulent golden framed mirror and the usefull full-length mirror (again a golden frame!) The decor was in deep hues and the dark patterned carpet similar and in good new condition; the room was spacious with comfy bed and tea/coffee facilities ... all good ...... More
