Lovely room with a view over the water (room #7 as others have mentioned - but 3rd floor, mind the stairs). Everything you would expect (clean, tea, comfortable) with the addition of fantastic, friendly proprietors. Owners forthcoming with tips of stuff to see around the area. Delicious breakfast! Very nice B&B located within the old city walls. Clean rooms. Tea, coffee, etc, plus a few treats. Great view from the top floor, Adequate sized bed. Best breakfast in the UK yet. Friendly people. Parking close by. Caernarfon is an excellent base for the surrounding region. We stayed 3 nights - should have stayed longer.

Although only the for one night, we were both very impressed with the attention to detail offered by the owners...the bedroom (7) was lovely...the little touches of generosity showed a real desire to offer a caring and luxurious stay....and breakfast was great....Our added bonus was that the owner recommended a wonderful antique shop in Penmaenmawr which was a gem...an Aladdin's... Lovely stay with helpful host, we did not have reservations, we were just passing and thought it looked nice, luckily there were vacancies. Would recommend. Some of the photos on here from 2009 are outdated, it looks like the hotel has been refurbished since then.
