Average Hotel in a good location, price included a rather bland breakfast that wasnt replenished quickly enough (I was left the scraps and it took me to ask a waitress before anything else was brought out, even though she was stood there the whole time and could see what was going on) wont be rushing back.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, nice large clean rooms very friendly staff with good sense of humour (depite there being a dispute with locals over carparking) they remained calm and pleasant throuhgout. Stayed for a reunion weekend of University friends and had an excellent time. Staff very helpful and friendly, good food and plenty of it. Lively bar on Saturday night. Would stay again.

I stayed over the weekend what a lovely place to stay open fires big comfortable seats room with lovely view of the river dee food very good will be going back very soon with my dog lots of lovely walks right in the middle of the town centre loved it staff very friendly carnt wait to go back.

This is a really usefully situated hotel. We stayed twice in a river view room. They were a tad worn looking, had to ask for an electric heater for room. Headboard a little in need of cleaning. The downstairs, bar, food & reception was wonderful, very friendly staff. Would stay again. We threw a sheet over the headboard!

Got a cheap deal on KGB, didn't expect much but it was brilliant. Lovely big room, a bit old fashioned but fitting to the area! Staff were really friendly, breakfast was excellent, bed was comfortable and even a live band which was a real bonus. Will be visiting again.
