My wife and I recently stayed at the Bod Gwynedd B&B for 4 nights as we explored the Snowdonia National Park. It was a fantastic base for us and we very much enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean and plenty big enough and the location of the B&B was great - just far enough out of town to be... More

This was our second trip and we returned because Bev and Joe were brilliant on our first trip and we really enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean and a good size. The bed was comfortable and the shower was very good. Breakfast is great and there is plenty of choice. It is only a short walk to the pubs... More

We booked 4 rooms over May Day bank holiday weekend for the purpose of climbing Snowdon. All 4 rooms were really good sizes, modern bathrooms, comfortable beds, extra pilllows, blankets and towels if needed and even a little basket of goodies on the bed. The B&B is located a 5 minute walk from the restaurants and bars in the village,... More

This place was top notch - Bev and Joe were super friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The whole place was spotlessly clean. The rooms have everything you need and the bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in. The food was also excellent - good quality, good portion size and cooked to perfection. The location is ideal... More

Second time at this B & B, first with Bev & Joe, Bev is a friendly hostess and Joe cooked a good breakfast that kept us both going on the mountains all day. Even down to my wife saying she liked gooseberry yoghurts and there was one waiting next day, nothing is to much trouble. Rooms are clean and well... More

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights (Good Friday and Easter Saturday) as we were attending a wedding (as best man and maid of honour) at nearby Gwydir Castle. From the moment we arrived Bev was the perfect hostess, offering to try to get us dinner reservations (as it was Good Friday and Betws-y-Coed was packed) and recommending... More

You could not do better than stay with Beverley and Joe. They could not be more helpful, their place is spotless and extremely comfortable. Breakfast is as good as you get, even the fruit juices are correctly chilled. We stayed in room three, the slightly more expensive room with a fourposter and upmarket shower, to our mind it's worth the... More

This was our 2nd visit to Bod Gwynedd and hopefully not the last. The house is in a perfect location near enough to walk into the village but away from the hustle and bustle. The rooms are light airey and spotlessly clean, the bed is so comfortable especially after a long day hiking in the hills. Bev and Joe are... More

Just spent 3 nights at Bod Gwynedd. Lovely house, room immaculate, nice bathroom with power shower, and lovely breakfast. Beverley very helpful and friendly. House in a lovely spot with no parking problems and a good base to explore Snowdonia. Would definitely sytay there again, and would recommend it to anyone.

Just back from a great long weekend and can highly recommend this B and B. It is situated just a 5 minute walk outside of the main village, perfect mix of being close to the restaurants (and pub) after a day of walking but far enough to feel really away from everything. Bev and Joe are both great, they kindly... More
