Called in Jolyons @ No. 10 on Friday evening for a drink and possibly food but were sorely disappointed with the venue. There was only one member of bar staff working and he was rushed of his feet. There appeared to other staff members there but i'm not sure what they were doing. Although the Venue is relatively new, it... More

We arrived early and were allowed to park the car and get into our room so we could go off and do some shopping. The staff were amazing and so helpful. It is definitely going to be a repeat visit!!! Really convenient location too.

Best hotel in the uk we stayed at definitely recommend this place. No need to look any further. Rooms are hot but use the fan . What a lovely place. We stayed in room 301 and couldn't fault a thing. Staff warm and friendly. The owner is a real nice guy and promised a free stay if I gave a... More

One of the best value hotels I've ever stated in. Booked a suite for one night. Good location, clean, very nicely decorated and good facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. Would certainly stay here again in I'm ever back in Cardiff. Only criticism was that breakfast was too expensive at £12 each, are out for this reason.

Great find! This lovely little hotel is right in the middle of the city, with lots of attractions within walking distance. We were welcomed earlier than planned and shown to our pre-booked free parking space. I would definitely recommend doing this in advance. Our room was a good size and comfortable, although a little hot even with windows open. (A... More

We stayed one night and found the staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel is really clean and is in a fantastic central location without being noisy. The breakfast was very good (cooked breakfast and buffet). However, the room was UNBEARABLY hot and the windows don't really open that far so it wasn't a comfortable stay. I'm not sure why... More

Very pleasantly surprised at this hidden hotel in cardiff. rooms were lovely spacious and very clean, the bathroom was excellent. Down to the main area for an evening meal and again found the food very good. Only down side was limited parking. The prices again was very good especially compared to the bed and breakfast places nearby.

We stayed at Jolyons at No. 10 for one evening, to attend a concert in Cardiff. The hotel is beautifully presented, with a very friendly, welcoming receptionist, who showed us up to our room. The room itself was clean and modern, with a very well-appointed, disability-friendly bathroom. The hotel is perfectly situated on the edge of the fantastic Bute Park,... More

Having read most of the Tripadvisor reviews before we went I did everything the owner of Jolyons had advised people to do before visiting to avoid disappointment. I emailed all my concerns over to the hotel a couple of weeks before arriving as recommended by many responses on other reviews. None of my concerns or requests had been acted upon.... More
