Hotel was very clean, good sized rooms, staff very friendly. when i requested some extra towels they came strait away.The only down side to this trip was poor beer in the bar.( warm and flat) so had some rum and coke instead,which was cold and fizzy!! Would recommend !! Also great location.

Very friendly staff, and breakfast was buffet style, with full English option. My room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. I chose it because it was only about ten minutes walk to the Millenium Centre. Would recommend this hotel, and would stay there again when in Cardiff Bay.

Stayed here april 2013 as we were going to see a show at the Millenium Centre. The Future Inn is very comfortable and spaceous. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was full English all you can eat and was delicious. It was approx 5 minute walk from Millenium Centre, I would definately stay here again and recommend it to everyone.
