Booked this hotel as part of a three night stay to tour the coast road and stay one night in Belfast to visit the Titanic museum at the end. On arrival at the Ibis we were welcomed at the hotel by a very informative friendly reception staff. who advised us about parking and also booked us a taxi to the... More

We recently stayed in Ibis as a young couple, sight seeing in Belfast. Overall we were very happy with our stay, considering it was so cheap, the hotel was very clean and comfortable. The rooms were simple enough, no bath but a nice shower and good tv. We were within easy walking distance of the city centre, and took a... More

My wife and I checked in on the 17/05/2012, and were met with a very cheerful receptionist, ( who turned out to be the head bottle washer and barman, and waiter, as well), check in was easy, and we were dispatched to our room which was on the 3rd floor (no problem there,),after a rest from traveling most of the... Very good hotel, pleasant staff, you may think this would be a very noisy area, but not at all, infact quite quiet, very near to clubs, pubs and restaurants.

We stayed here in order to attend a friend's wedding in the church next door. We thought we were being very smart, booking a hotel next door to the church to make sure that we wouldn't have any trouble getting to the wedding on time, but little did we know about the slow service of the Ibis. When we arrived... More

No problems with check in....very friendly. I stayed here with my husband and 6 other friends this is a great hotel if your up for a party just don't expect much sleep, I would say this is the norm at the weekend but during the week would be much quieter....the rooms were clean and modern everything I would expect from... A French visitor's first time in Belfast motivated by all the Titanic advertising on French TV. 5 nights with B&B booked from France.Large, beautiful but icy, draughty room on arrival (stormy weather). This was immediately changed on request. A good locality in the University area next to a church. Do not be put off by the many run-down or boarded... More

Ibis Belfast had no record of our reservation upon arrival which we had booked and paid for in advance. We were then dispatched to a disabled room as there were no others available. Reception were very helpful the following morning and moved us a couple of doors down. We were on the first floor and had not been informed that... More
