However myself and my friend discovered we has been given a double room with a fold out which was the most uncomfortable thing ever and also broke! The room was tiny plus with the fold out was basically a... More

Worst hotel I have ever been in. Dogs on the street get treated with more respect than their customers. Stayed in this hotel with friends for my birthday. Are the bed sheets or towels washed? Dont think so!! Had some nasty hairs in my bed and as for the towels.... Well lets just say you would need another shower after... More

-The location is very good : 10mn walking from Europa Bus station. Very close to the city center and Belfast City Hall (10mn walk) , Titanic Exhibition is a 30mn walk, Queens University is also a 30 mn walk. - The double room is quite large, comfortable enough, the bathroom is OK. Both the room and bathroom were very clean.... More

My girlfriend and I stayed for two nights, the hotel was recommended to me by a friend who also took his girlfriend to stay there previously. The location is brilliant, in the heart of the City Center, but a little noisy at night. The cleanliness of the room was also very good. I am not familiar with Belfast so I... More

I had a big room at the end of the corridor on the fifth floor where it was bright bu day and quiet by night. breakfast was a bit lame - over cooked bacon and horrible sausages, but the... More

Great value for the money, excellent location with walking distance to all main attractions. The rooms are decent sized, and the bathrooms in typical accor-hotel-style (clean and clean).  Be aware of the hotel recommendations for tours - you are better of (and it will be cheaper) if you book it through the tourist information than at the hotel.  The car park...
