Belfast is a brilliant place for a long weekend and the Hilton in Belfast is a brilliant location from which to explore the city. We stayed for three nights. The room was spacious and comfy, bathroom well appointed. When we check in I asked if it were possible to get a room with a view and we got an 8th... More

Its classy, friendly and beautiful. The food is magnificent in its presentation and rates are very reasonable if booked in advance. The staff is friendly and their rooms (river side ) come with beautiful views. The location is also quite good with respect to proximity to the airport and the city center. Always stay here when in town

Great location, higher quality rooms than others in the area but very expensive. AAA rate is 99 pounds ($150) a night for what would typically be an $89 rate in the U. S. Staff was less than friendly and the parking and WiFi is really expensive. Rooms are typical of a Hilton.

Stayed for one night after a business trip to the city. The hotel is splendidly located on the waterfront quarter overlooking the river and oozes style. Julio on reception was excellent a true professional with a welcoming smile and an efficient friendly manner. I was fortunate enough to be upgraded to the executive floors and the rooms are delightful with... More

Spent the weekend here with some friends and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff throughout our stay were very friendly, helpful and efficient. The hotel is in a great location, just on the River Lagan and a few minutes walk from the shops. Our room on the first floor looked out over the River and railway line but with the... More

This hotel is very nice and close to the indoor market and shopping. The staff, however, look you up and down as you enter and leave which is quite off- putting. The rooms are very comfortable and stylish with everything you need but the bath plug was broken which meant the water all drained out and there was some mould... More

Stayed for four nights while moving house, room was lovely, bed was huge! View was nice too and we ate in the restaurant which although obviously expensive was also good. Lobby is big and check in went smoothly, car park is a ridiculous price per day and can't believe they can charge that. Apart from that we had a good... More

Thank you for sharing your feedback. The car parking facilities adjacent to the hotel is owned and operated by JEP Parking Ltd, a separate entity, both rates charged and the operation are ultimately items beyond our control. The discounted rates negotiated for guests of the hotel are comparable to other City Centre parking facilities. Our guests and their property is... More

I stayed in the Hilton for one Sunday night recently. As a regular visitor to Belfast I have stayed here a couple of times before but specifically wanted the Hilton this time as I had an event in the new Titanic Building. the hotel is modern and spacious and the rooms are what you would expect of a modern Hilton.... Most of the staff were really helpful and friendly, as is the norm in Belfast ..rooms were fine - large, if a bit neglected in parts (carpet stains, chipped tub, re-grouting needed) but bed was clean, big & comfortable and breakfast was really lovely, despite having to chase down the coffee.....! (it was 8 a.m but they weren't that busy...just engrossed... More
