On the last night of three in this hotel. Not even close to the standards of HIE's elsewhere...whether in London or in the States. Hotel WILLINGLY serves drinks until 3am, when there is apparently a city-wide ordinance barring alcohol sales after 1am. The only reason I'm not giving it "Terrible" is that the breakfast is slightly better than other HIE's... More

Let's face it HIE is good value, basic hotel yes it's very clean and the room are good standard with excellent power shower in the room. The breakfast is basic and fair and the staff are really hardworking in this place. The downside of the budget hotel is the dreaded hen party guests !! Nightmare!!! No sleep till Belfast !!!( those... More

I needed to go to Belfast for a few days for work and picked this hotel on a mix of reason, location, price and that I've stayed in Holiday Inn's before in the US. To start off with the positives, I got there early and they let me check in, which is always good and the rooms are a good... More

I stayed here as a base for a family wedding having previously staying at Holiday inn's elsewhere in the UK (with mixed experiences...) I was however so impressed by the quality of the staffing, finish and cleanliness of the rooms and above all the value for money. This was by far the cheapest hotel I could find in Belfast and... Stayed at this hotel with family and could not fault anything. Clean comfortable rooms, quiet and peaceful despite the hotel being very busy. Breakfast buffet was a good standard with plenty of choices. Staff were pleasant, helpful and courteous despite being very very busy. Free secure parking was an added bonus. Would definately stay here again.

My daughter and I stayed Friday to Monday for a sporting event at Queens University we thoroughly enjoyed the comfort and cleanliness of this hotel. Our choice was based on the proximity to where we needed to be and the proximity to the city (15 minute walk). I intend to travel to Belfast a couple of more tImes this year... More

We stayed here the night before catching the ferry over to Scotland. Very convenient and the staff very friendly. Like most hotels I'm finding in the UK, I just wish they would use American size queen or king beds. And pillow top matress, I didn't get much sleep due to bed springs poking me and the bed was so jiggly.... More

We were late booking in because we had missed our ferry from Liverpool, so we were 24 hours late, but no problem, let us have breakfast when we got there on the Tuesday morning instead of Monday, couldn't have been more helpful at the check in desk explained everything to us, good bar, good food, although the plates, dish's and... I have stayed in many HIE but this was absolutely the best. First let me comment on Rebecca, desk staff, from the time we arrived to our departure her presence was professional, personable and extremely proficient. She was spot on, quickly answering our queries and always pleasantly with a smile. I hope she is still there when we return because... More
