Stayed at this hotel with family and could not fault anything. Clean comfortable rooms, quiet and peaceful despite the hotel being very busy. Breakfast buffet was a good standard with plenty of choices. Staff were pleasant, helpful and courteous despite being very very busy. Free secure parking was an added bonus. Would definately stay here again.

We stayed here the night before catching the ferry over to Scotland. Very convenient and the staff very friendly. Like most hotels I'm finding in the UK, I just wish they would use American size queen or king beds. it was the first time i stayed at a holiday inn express. i didn't know breakfast was included, and surprised when they offered breakfast. a wide range of breads, cereals...etc. it was cleaner that ibis hotel in london wembley. not far to the city centre. it takes around 20 minutes on foot and near to the botanic garden. definitely recommend...
