Really good value for money, climatic and quiet place within a walking distance from the main attractions of Belfast. Good breakfast and nice owner. The only think that may be unpleasant is creaking and delicate, old floor, so if you stay on the first floor you will hear absolutely everything that happens on the second one.

beds were very comfortable. very quiet. clean room. good location. breakfast was delicious. very helpful staff. Renata was delightful and very helpful while we were lost for about 2 hours prior to getting there. I would stay here again. I was able to get rock solid sleep.

Lovely old house, didn't hear any creaking! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with its own bathroom. The wifi and tv worked well, and the house was quiet so i got a good sleep. An older building; needs updating. Very clean, good breakfast and friendly owner. Tiny TVs on rabbit-ears, beds are not new. Noisy in the morning when people are walking about - floors creak and doors slam. Close to Botanical Gardens and University. Half hour walk to city centre.

The owner is most friendly and single rooms well priced. Good breakfast. Near to Belfast Islamic Centre and Queen's University. Lots of fast food places nearby with a wealth of restaurants. Happy to recommend.
