We loved our stay at Roseleigh! I initially booked two nights and then forgot to notify them when we changed our itinerary to stay only one night... Donna was extremely graceful and wasn't upset at all with us. It's situated in a really lovely, residential part of town, right off a main street where you can easily catch buses into... More

We arrived at Belfast on a rainy and cold day. When we got to Roseleigh House, Donna immediately offered us some tea and gave us very useful information about the city and about what we could do there. Breakfasts are wonderful! You can have your traditional Full Breakfast but there are so many different (and tasty!) choices! The room we... More

Just back from a 2 night business trip to Belfast. Only booked Roseleigh as the Days was asking silly money (new Titanic attraction opening). Wow, was that a good thing!.Lovely owners, lovely room, lovely food. Unlike other B&B's I've stayed in, Roseleigh feels like a Hotel. No sense of being is someone's house. Just a lovely welcome, shown to your... More

I & colleagues have been staying here for at least 5 years each time we visit Belfast. I would not think of staying anywhere else. James & Donna always provide a warm welcome. The rooms are clean & comfortable & the breakfasts are fab! Nothing is ever too much trouble for this landlord & landlady.

I was in this hotel for 2 days by business. It's run by family and makes up very friendly atmosphere. The rooms are large and quiet. I would even recommend it for honeymoon couples. The fans in bath room was too powerful - overcooling when taking a bath, but it's the minor disadvantage. The rates are very good, and hotel... More

My wife Sadie and I stayed once again at the Roseleigh in the latter part of June for three nights. I say once again because it must be my fourth or fifth time. Why? Because being from Belfast I know when I am getting the best that Belfast can offer in terms of a very high quality B+B,and I say... More

This is the 4th time we've stayed at Roseleigh and it feels more like visiting with family than staying at a B&B. Donna and James are the most wonderful hosts and their home oozes warmth and hospitality. Roseleigh House is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and Donna's breakfasts are legendary! It is also very conveniently situated just off the Ormagh Road... More

We chose to stay at Roseleigh House as its location was convenient for a wedding we were attending in the centre of Belfast. Our stay was for just the one night Checking in and out was nice and simple and Donna was extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with a welcoming cup of coffee upon our arrival and arranging ironing... Here you feel right at home. Donna welcomed us in, helped take the bags up, and showed us our lovely triple room at the top of the house. We then sat down with Donna for a proper tea. The entire house is spotless and decorated beautifully. There are nine rooms and all are ensuite. You make your breakfast selections the... More
