I & colleagues have been staying here for at least 5 years each time we visit Belfast. I would not think of staying anywhere else. James & Donna always provide a warm welcome. The rooms are clean & comfortable & the breakfasts are fab! Nothing is ever too much trouble for this landlord & landlady.
