We LOVED our stay at the Roseleigh House in Belfast. Donna was an EXCELLENT host! The B&B was so clean and well cared for and BEAUTIFUL. The breakfast provided was delicious and plentiful. Donna was charming and full of fun - we loved talking with her. It was a perfect location to enjoy the northern coast as well as the... More

We spent three nights with our friendly and knowledgeable hosts Donna and James. The rooms were comfy, the food very good and the location near the city centre. The free WiFi coverage was spotty and weak at best from our third floor room; understandable for a heritage house. Thanks again for a great experience!

Had one overnight stay in Roseleigh House to take in the Titanic Centre and some sight seeing. This guest house was a great choice, with two wonderful hosts in Donna and James. The house is immaculate and the gardens are beautiful. As others have said the breakfast is superb with plenty of choice and lovely freshly squeezed orange juice. It... More

Really enjoyed our stay at Roseleigh House thanks to our hosts Donna and James. I was very undecided about risking a stay in a B & B near to Belfast. However I decided on our stay at Roseleigh House mainly due to Trip advisor reviews and a friendly email reply from Donna. Roseleigh House is located in a safe, tree... More

What can I say....its all been said before!.......finding suitable, clean and comfortable accommodation can be a daunting task for holiday or short stay purposes and is a gamble not knowing what you have booked. My short stay here this week dispelled all that. Truly home from home. A lovely friendly couple, warm and welcoming. You are a star Donna and... More

Don't know why Roseleigh Guest House is not ranked No. 1! We have been returning for years - it's just like home from home. Everything is 'spot on!' Donna and James are like 'old' friends. The breakfasts are AMAZING! It is/they are 'simply the best'.

Stayed for 8 night at this warm, clean, specious, homey, and comfortable B&B. Big portion of delicious breakfast with a good list choices. The best ulster fry I've ever had! Donna and James had been very hepeful the whole time I was there. The neighbourhood was very safe, quiet, I felt no danger at all while walking back to the... More
