Family run very friendly. Very comfortable affordable accommodation. Across from the botanic gardens. About 20 min walk into the heart of Belfast. Hotel next door has reasonable evening meals.

There was no cozy guest or B&B feeling at Pearlcourt. Rooms were tiny, rundown, shower was either too hot or too cold. Arrived and rather than giving us a welcome it was here are your keys. We arrived here for a mistake, as the hostel where we were actually supposed to be made a mess with our booking and upgraded us to here. Clean guesthouse, warm people and very good continental/englisj breakfast. Highly recommended!
