I booked the Park Avenue to deliver a 4 hour presentation to business owners from across N Ireland. The professionalism of the staff was second to none, the facilities were excellent, the hospitality world class and the location of the hotel, the nearest to Belfast City airport, couldn't be bettered. I recommend it to you without reservation.

Very convenient location near City Airport and close to the City. Staff are friendly and helpful with nothing too much trouble. Rooms very comfortable. Excellent breakfast. We organised a family lunch by email and everything went perfectly with very good generous meals. Good value for money.

A lovely, clean, nicely situated hotel on the outskirts of Belfast. We stayed here for 3 nights and the service from the staff from arrival to departure was excellent.
