We where sent to a room that was not serviced twice, so on the third attempt got to our room. It was a nice standard however remote on tv didn't work. The corridors of the hotel look run down. Reception gave us a free breakfast voucher for all the hassle with the rooms, breakfast was just ok.

The room was spacious and clean. good matress. Could have done with a wlecome sheet explaining the way the hotel runs. Breakfast however was a disappointment. Expensive (£7 for the "cooked" option) for what is on offer (no fruit or cheese, for example).

I'm sorry to say I won't be back, I found the staff most ignorant and couldn't even get another blanket when I was cold, I requested a travel cot for my baby which wasn't there and the man who brought it up couldn't work it so left it half done and told me that will have to do!! No sheet... More

With the odd exception staff were rude, arrogant and unhelpful. Room had an air of general neglect. Stained dirty carpet, uncomfortable bed, showerhead put more water on the ceiling rather than your head. Want to hear your fellow guests conversations at 3.30am? try this hotel. On a plus side food was Ok, good breakfast selection, convenient for city centre.
