Cons 1. Bed sheet covering the mattress was about 5 inches too short for the bed so when you pulled the blankets back the actual mattress was visible. I wonder how many pairs of feet had been on the bottom section of that mattress...not very appealing. 2. Bed base valance was too long for the bed and extremely creased. 3.... More

We experienced a number of disappointments at this attractive hotel. The bar was out of Guinness Sunday & Monday. No brewed decaf available at any time Service in both the bar and restaurant was negligent. Restaurant unaccomodating to cardiac patient. AC not functioning. Business center closed on weekend. One day our room was not yet cleaned upon return after lunch.... More

My friends and I have just returned from a wonderful trip to Belfast and the Radisson Blu ticked all the boxes. Staff were friendly and professional...although there was a little mix up with our breakfast package they were quick to apologise. We were able to check in early, the rooms were spacious and clean with a well stocked and expensive... More

I'm sorry it took me a bit longer to respond to your review - I was out of the hotel last week and didn't have a chance to log in. I'm delighted we were the right choice for you and ticked all boxes - especially the positive comments about my team make me really happy. I hope to see you... More

I found the Radisson Blu Belfast very disappointing from the moment I walked in the doors of the hotel, the reception area is cold and uninviting and a very contemporary feel to it. The bedrooms are large and clean but certainly not of a 4 star standard. The hallways to the bedrooms seriously need upgrading as very bland and dated.... More

Thank you very much for your recent stay and for posting the review. I'm sorry the design of our hotel is not prefered by you - it is very contemporary indeed. I was happy to see that you liked the size of our bedrooms and friendliness of our team. We are a city centre hotel, although there is quite a... More

My wife and I stayed here for two nights over the May bank holiday weekend while in Belfast for the Marathon. Arrived around six and got checked in without any problems. Went to the restaurant on the ground floor which had good food and was reasonably priced. We sat in the large couches at the entrance to the bar for... More

I'm really happy you had a great stay with us and enjoyed your break in Belfast and thank you for sharing your review with other travellers. The LA fitness facilities close to the hotel are free for business class guests and at a small charge for all other residents - I hope the quality of the fitness club (with swimming... More

We stayed for four nights at this hotel on a room only basis in April 2012. The room was clean, comfortable and serviced daily. The staff on reception were welcoming and friendly, and were happy to offer advice, and assist with requests. We did not take any meals at the hotel as the breakfast seemed quite expensive, and we went... More

We are all delighted you had a great stay with us, thank you very much for your review. I would ecourage you to try our breakfast next time you stay with us, although the initial charge might be slightly higher than in some other venues around the city, the large hot and cold buffet and selection of tea, coffee and... Well appointed 4* hotel. Rooms were of a high standard. Unlike others I had a good nights sleep every one of my three nights. Bar service was good and drink choices acceptable. Hotel is situated in quiet area of town and is about 10 minutes walk from city hall. Ubiquitous Wetherspoons is less than 5 minutes walk and is the... More

Thank you very much for your review. I am really sorry you didn't like our beds - usually the comments are very good and all beds are in queen or king size (UK double or king) and we never had a negative comment on the size or comfort, but at the same time I fully appreciate all guests prefer different... We recently stayed here for two nights. We paid for 2 adults and a child. Note child not baby. We expected as you would from a leading brand hotel a family room. When we arrived we had been given a double bed and a travel cot shoved against the wall. My daughter is five, when I googled the travel cot... More

I'm very sorry to see you left our hotel not 100% satisfied and I am sorry for that. You have booked an advance purchase rate, which is a great value at 20% discount on our best available rate for a standard room with two adults and a child through our website. A very nice hotel in a good location. Staff were friendly and food was satisfactory for the price. The main issue I had was the hotel had deliveries in the middle of the night meaning waking up to lorries backing up and cages full of food being dragged across the ground outside my widow. 2 of my colleagues were on... I'm really sorry you didn't sleep well whilst staying with us, I can sincerely assure you that this is the first time I had a negative note about deliveries - as far as I know all is being delivered from early morning, as both the delivery companies and the hotel wouldn't have staff around to take / deliver goods.
