We availed of the overnight package with the trip to the titanic centre. The hotel bedroom was beautiful and spotless. We were close to the main shopping centre. The staff were friendly and helpful. The reason I am giving the hotel an average rating is the dining area was basic and the breakfast was meager. If you are looking for... More

Close to the centre, next to the river. Hotel is modern, rooms have floor to ceiling windows. This was my Third visit, booked by my company. I thought breakfast was overpriced. Only on my last visit did I discover that there is free use of nearby leisure facilities including a pool

Good location, 5/7 minutes walk from shopping area, short (if complicated) drive to other attractions including titanic and W5. Good room and good breakfast. Friendly staff. A little expensive compared to South of Ireland, it also did not have a pool.

Stayed there for three nights, 2 adults and a child in a single room, was spacious and clean. Only 10minutes walk into the city centre, in a quite location, so no major traffic noise. Staff excellent , very very helpful - probably the best asset the hotel has. The restaurant food is good but expensive - recommend dining in one... More

Stayed at this hotel for two nights while in Belfast. Location is good, rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, and staff was friendly and helpful. This hotel is about ten minutes from city center, so the walk in to see Victoria center, city hall, etc isn't bad.
