I picked this B and B for it proximity to the University and it was truely excellent, the owners went out of their way to accomodate me for both nights I required, despite being booked up for one of the nights. The guest house is spotless and you will not find a better breakfast anywhere else.

We stayed for three nights at this B&B and had an excellent experience. The B&B is very clean and well presented. The breakfast was the best I've every had at a guest house. This is always our first choice B&B in Aberdeen but can not always get in.

Pat and Roger did all possible to make our stay (5 persons) during the exhibition in Aberdeen worthwhile. Stayed here recently and I couldn’t recommend it more. The staff are helpful and very friendly, the accommodation is clean and the bed was very comfortable.
