Really pleased with the room which was tastefully furnished, clean as a whistle, clean towels every day& and en-suite bathroom which is a great plus factor. I only had time for one breakfast during the week having to start work so early but it was excellently cooked & served by Mandy. If I ever get the chance to stay here... More

Excellent breakfast. Rooms spotlessly clean. The decor was in keeping with the style of the house. Great welcome from Mandy and Nigel. Close to Aberdeen and on the Deeside Road. I would certainly stay here again.

Finding good reasonably priced accommodation in Aberdeen midweek is like finding a needle in a haystack the size of Glasgow. Lovely family who run the guest house, very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are tired though- in need of updating - but clean and tidy nontheless. I suppose weighing up the cost/time rooms would be out of use compared to having... More

Have stayed here several times now this year. Got stuck trying to find a hotel room for 4 consecutive days once and found this littler gem. Owners are friendly and very helpful. Rooms are spotless. Breakfast – as good as any top hotel in the city, quicker service, and to order. I prefer the ground floor rooms, are bigger with... More

I have to visit my home town of Aberdeen regularly to see my elderly Mum who is now in a care home there. I found this GH via Visit Scotland and have returned nearly every visit as the friendly atmosphere and comfortable accommodation are most welcome when making a hectic flying visit. Mandy and Nigel are very warm and helpful,... More

Lovely house in a good location. Friendly, warm welcome let down by very dated rooms. No privacy as walls are paper thin & you're able to clearly hear what's going on in adjoining rooms!

As a recent widow, my first stay in a guest house alone made me anxious but the welcome I received on arrival and the friendliness of the other guests made it a very pleasant experience. My room was very nice and immaculately clean and the addition of a small fridge was most welcome for drinks. It had everything I needed... More
