Very disappointed in the meal we had. Firstly only 2 members of staff serving food in the area we were in. Not that much of an atmosphere. We ordered 2 small glasses of wine (£5.00 per glass) and 0.70p for dash of soda. Waited 15 minutes for meal order to be taken. Portion sizes and quality of food was fair... More

After finding the internet connection not working we were moved into a suite without any fuss, the staff were very friendly although a little uinformed about the local area, (pleased we took the laptop). The evening meal met expectations but the breakfast was more than enough and set us up for the day. Overall a very pleasent stay

Although we were delighted overall with this hotel.especially the upgrade to a suite there were one or two small downside issues. The weekday breakfast ceased at 9am and we did not get our promised call on the first morning. We ordered breakfast in the room one morning and did not get half of the order. For what we paid it was still value... Stunning location, superb food, lovely rooms. Choice and selection of tap beers poor, bar staff not customer focused. Breakfast buffet was very good but should guests have to request tea and coffee and then have to again request toast, not in a 4 star hotel me thinks.

Ok, I booked here with On Hotel for £65 a night b&b, which is a good deal for rip off Aberdeen. Its a reasonably nice looking hotel, the grounds are pretty and quiet. On arrival I checked in and found out from my company that I was to be working in this area the next day, this meant I wanted... More

I was put at ease from the moment I arrived that everything was in order. Special thanks to Sarah at reception for all her help. We'll be back again I'm sure at some point.... More

My partner and I stay here last week on the groupon deal, the hotel and grounds are amazing. On checking in we could smell an unpleasant smell on the bathroom and I went to the reception for another room and was given room 112 which was a beautiful suite. The food is fantastic, and people brilliant. Guys it's well worth... More

Had a great burns night here. Everything was excellent, especially the friendlyness and helpfullness of the staff. Receptionist Sarah was 5*. I would definately recommend this hotel in the future to anyone looking to stay at it. Love the old styled hotel, and especially the dancefloor. An all over great night!
