I highly recommend this Guest House! Large, nice room, very comfortable bed, spacious bath room. Quiet area, about 15 minutes walk to city center. Breakfast was great! And Louise, the owner, is a very nice person! A big thanks to her.

This is an excellent B&B. Large, very well appointed room, great breakfast, very nice proprieter, only 20-30 minute walk to center city. Would highly recommend - excellent value.

It was great! All the staff was really nice, and helpful! The hotel is comfy, well decorated, with a warm atmosphere. The city centre is not that close, but that's really easy to go there by foot or bus, as you prefer! Would definitely recommend it!

This is a lovely property and the proprietor, Louise, is fantastic. It's on a quiet street only half a block from a nice park and flower gardens. Good value accomodation is hard to find in Aberdeen as demand seems to outstrip supply most of the time. We've stayed in a number of places that offered lousy value for money! Not so this hotel.
