Situated in a really nice quiet area close to the centre of Aberdeen and an easy walk from the Railway Station. The proprieter, Louise, is friendly and helpful. My room was a lovely twin ensuite with tea-making facilities, hairdrier and TV/DVD set. I slept soundly and Louise provided a great breakfast to send me on my way. Highly recommended. Thanks... More

I highly recommend this Guest House! Large, nice room, very comfortable bed, spacious bath room. Quiet area, about 15 minutes walk to city center. Breakfast was great! And Louise, the owner, is a very nice person! A big thanks to her.

This is an excellent B&B. Large, very well appointed room, great breakfast, very nice proprieter, only 20-30 minute walk to center city. Would highly recommend - excellent value.

This review may be coloured by being on a date with someone I adore, so maybe I'm seeing this through rose tinted glasses, but that just made it all the more important that the B&B was good. And it was superb. We booked at very short notice, and they didn't have exactly what we wanted, but it was close. Then... More

It was great! All the staff was really nice, and helpful! The hotel is comfy, well decorated, with a warm atmosphere. The city centre is not that close, but that's really easy to go there by foot or bus, as you prefer! Would definitely recommend it!

I stayed at this guesthouse for two nights and was very impressed with the place. The rooms were clean and tidy (the room i stayed in looked like it had been recently refurbished), the breakfast was tasty ans very substantial, and the owner was very friendly and helpful. The location was also very good, a quiet area about 10 minutes... More

This is a lovely property and the proprietor, Louise, is fantastic. It's on a quiet street only half a block from a nice park and flower gardens. It is a 15-20 minute walk to the high street or 5 minutes by buses that come regularly. The rooms are very clean and the bed was comfortable. Louise will fix your breakfast... More

Good value accomodation is hard to find in Aberdeen as demand seems to outstrip supply most of the time. We've stayed in a number of places that offered lousy value for money! Not so this hotel. Quiet and comfortable with good rooms and breakfasts and friendly service. A 'trust' bar and internet access add to the facilites. I obviously walk... More
