I didn't stay here but was at a friend's christening. The best organised christening event I've been to. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful and.provided a beautiful setting for a special day. I would definately recommend this place to stay.

Spent a fantastic weekend at Clint Lodge attending the mariage of our friends daughter. The whole event from start to finish was a memorable experience. Proprietors, accommodation, food and location absolutely superb.

We recently held our daughters weddding at Clint lodge and the whole event was first class. Every thing we required was catered for in an extremey professional manner but with a friendlyness and warmth you would only get from a family run business, no detail was to small or overlooked. If you want a cosy intimate venue with stunning views... More

We returned again at Easter following our stay last year. I was concerned that my great memories would be spoiled but i need not have worried, this stay was just as good as last although the weather wasnt our friend. We especially enjoyed log fires, five course dinner (we brought our own wine!) and a warm comfortable bed in our... More

We've been visiting Bill and Heather at irregular intervals for over ten years now. Their welcome is genuinely warm and their thoughtfulness enhances every stay with them. The breakfasts see me through the day and the dinners are legendary and can be accompanied by whatever wine(s) you choose to bring with you. We most often visit during the autumn when... More

It was our second stay at Clinton Lodge our first over a year ago. Our memories had not let us down, the room was spacious, towels fluffy, views spectacular and hospitality faultless. We were welcomed with tea and home made scones, breakfast was a feast and 5 courses at dinner felt like we were being given the royal treatment, but... More

This was our second stay at Clint Lodge and we were not disappointed. The room was large with a very large and comfortable bed, situated at the front of the house with magnificent views. There was an en suite bathroom (disappointing shower) with plenty of toiletries, towels and a dressing gown each.Although we were the only couple staying that night the breakfast... More
