Stayed in a triple room in one of the cottages, the Bothy - the place was fantasticand very clean, breakfast was delicious and more than filling, location was great to visit the countryside or a short drive into Edinburgh. Jan was an exemplary hostess and the price definitely fit our budget!

Stayed here for 2 nights to attend a wedding party over the August Bank holiday. Excellent roomand fantastic breakfast. The best power shower we have ever had. You get a little road noise but nothing to really worry about. We would stay there again when in the area

You cannot go far wrong staying at Winkston Farmhouse if you are visiting the Peebles area. Located in a farmhouse - although there was little sign of farm activity - the rooms are commodious, the situation quiet and the food up to standard for UK B and Bs.

we were looking for 2 rooms for one night in peebles and found winkston farmhouse set back off the main road on the way in. we had 2 lovely rooms across the landing from each other. there is nothing bad to say about "winkston" everything was perfect. we would highly recommend this b and b to anyone

This was our last B&B stopover on the way back from our Highlands of Scotland motorbike tour.
