Our second visit to Kingsmuir and we thought it couldn't get better but oh no Malcolm surpassed our expectations once again. Make staying at this beautiful home your reason for visiting Peebles, we do, you cannot fail to be impressed and will not be disappointed.

Incredibly friendly and informal welcome, from Malcolm the owner. The standard of the rooms and house is amazing. You almost don't want to leave the comfort of the suite. Breakfast was equally good and hearty using local produce. As the title suggests, this B&B puts most 4* hotels to shame. Excellent.

We have just returned from Kingsmuir House where we had a lovely weekend. The house has been beautifully restored to former Victorian splendour. We had an absolutely lovely time in Kingsmuir House. The rooms are immaculately and lovingly restored to Victorian beauty and the host saw to our every whim with commendable subtlety. Amazing breakfast. Highly recommended.
