I have stayed in a few b+bs in moffat as i do a lot of work in the area, roseberry house was recommended by a friend,have to say great nights sleep,great food and made very welcome,also plenty of off road parking. i shall look no further than roseberry in future trips.

Spent the weekend in the b&b with my partner and son. Excellent sized and clean rooms. Great showers in the en suite bathrooms. Lovely breakfast with friendly company too get you set for the day.
