I stay at this guest house each week for 2 nights a week it is the cleanest and most friendliest experience i have ever come across. Friendly stuff, free parking, very nice room, very good breakfast and near to some pubs and restaurants. The price is reasonable.

This Guest House is so tastefully decorated and excellently presented. The beds are most comfortable. The location is so central, the gardens are among the prettiest I've seen in my 7week travel. Owners were very welcoming and friendly Owners cooked a lovely breakfast! Rooms were 5star! Very comfotable and clean! Location was great! walking distance to pubs, restruants and parks! Cant wait to come back and stay there again in the future...

Broughty Ferry is a pretty little seaside area, with nice shops. The Abertay is very well placed for the beach, for the shops and for buses into Dundee or further along the coast. Stayed here whilst attending British Open Golf. Excellent value,rooms excellent and service second to none. Breakfast and evening meals superb.

We stayed there for a wedding recently and the place was great. Kate was extremely accommodating and friendly. The place was very clean and the breakfast was great. It's nice to stay somewhere with a personal touch. Would highly recommend.

Upon arrival Kate, the "hostess" began by trying to increase the room rate quoted and queried whether we expected breakfast for our 4 children, as "she felt" she should be charging us more for this, even though we had made our booking - for 14 nights - at the advertised rates on her website.
