This place is right by the train station, buses are just up and around the corner. Loved that I could walk to everything from here. Place was clean and the hosts were great. Yes you have to walk down the hall to use the shower/bathroom, if you didn't they could easily charge double the rate. Excellent value considering the location... More

I stayed in this B&B once a month for 9 months this year. I was in a few of the rooms and they were all immaculate, comfortable, with all amenities and perfect for my needs. I spent two nights (not contiguous) here in May 2010, and was pleased I had picked the Aabalree. Location: very convenient for the railway station, and very central. The downside is that it can be a little noisy at night - that's unavoidable. Facilities: shared bathrooms rather than ensuite facilities (though the room had a handbasin). The upside is that... More

Welcoming owner showed us to what was basic but very clean and fresh room - no ensuite owing to nature of building but easy access to both toilet and shower room. Breakfast freshly cooked and a treat ! Just off main shopping street and easy access to city centre bus stops. Will make Dundee an overnighter more often knowing that... More
