Warmest welcome I've ever recieved. A wonderful B & B in a very charming old Victorian house. 1st class facilities, lovely views of the Tay, terrific breakfasts and genial hosts : did I miss anything out ?!

I stayed at this lovely B&B for 2 nights while in Monifieth on business - right through 'The Strorm'!!. The facilities are good, the house is fantastic and John and Ros make you feel really welcome. Easy walking distance to the town and plenty of parking. I slept so well I didn't want to come back home. Highly recommended.

This was a beautiful, comfortable, friendly and accomodating B&B just outside of Dundee with easy access to Carnoustie, Aberdeen and St. Andrews. We we there for two separate one-night stays on our golf holiday and appreciated the warm welcome from John and Ros, the pleasant interactions with our hosts--including nearby restaurant recommendations--comfortable rooms, great breakfast, and overall terrific value.
