We loved it. Beautiful, comfortable and very clen. Our daughter loved the bed said it was the most comfortable bed during our entire two week trip of Scotland and England. Breakfast was great. We definitley would return and do recommend it. Nancy Paul and Jordan McDonald

A bed and breakfast without bric-a-brac, doilies, and clutter. We had a spacious room, tastefully decorated. Priivate bath. Great breakfast. On bus line and walking distance to shops, pubs, attractions of hip west side. Dundee itself it located near Edinburgh, Saint Andrews, and the picturesque fishing villages on the east coast. .

this B&B was clean , wellcoming , as you can see in photos enclosed - big room. big bed, with beatiful windwo view to the river. breakfast was just what we wanted. free parking. 5 minuts walking from center of city. 3 words- worth every penny!!!
