I stayed at Craigtay with a large group of us from University, the staff were extremely accomodating for such a big number as well as being polite, courteous and friendly. The rooms were clean and the showers were excellent. Very happy with our stay there.

What a disappointment this hotel was. OK at £48 obviously a budget hotel, but my room was cheap and nasty to say the least and very poor to say the best; not even a bedside table or lamp; only a horrible central ceiling light. Accommodation is tired. Breakfast was good evening menu is ok if you like burgers. No sleep for three nights due to excessive noise from other guests and visits from police to disperse crowd following a function. Staff are young and inexperienced and senior management unconcerned when complaint were made. Avoid at all costs!!!
