It was a really good surprise. Low price for a high quality room with a very nice breakfast. Although is not in the most central part, public transportation makes it easy. For us walking to the centre was also a good part of the visiting tour.

What a treat - a 20 min walk to the centre of Edinbugh but far enough away to get a goid night sleep in a really comfortable bed. The breakfast was as good as you would find in a hotel charging £120 per night. The staff give excellent customer service In all - perfect on all levels.

For the price the room adequate. Bed really comfy and shower fantastic! The only downside with the room was a lack of iron.
