“Most charming bed and breakfast”

This small but charming guest house is wonderfully situated very close to a bus stop into central Edinburgh. The rooms are beautifully decorated with a Scottish tartan theme. Very clean. “Excellent accomodation, lovely hosts and a true Scottish feel”

My partner and I stayed for a long weekend. We were in the Royal Suite - a spacious room with an en suite bathroom. On arrival Margaret greeted us and showed us to our room. We were late and had to dive off but we did appreciate the convenience that having our own seperate entrance gave. Once back much later... More

I have stayed with Margaret on four occasions now and will continue to do so when I stay in Edinburgh. The rooms are spotlessly clean and she is such a good hostess.
