Left our train tickets in our room when we checked out. It was hours later when we realized what had happened, and our room had already been cleaned. The staff checked thru all the garbage and found them for me, thus saving me $400. Also offered us coffee while we waited in the lobby.

Very spacious apartment made our stay very comfortable. Decor was modern and everywhere was nice and clean. Great location just off The Royal Mile and a few minutes walk from Edinburgh Waverley Rail Station. Would definitely stay here again.
