My family truly enjoyed our stay at Kingsway Guesthouse! The location is about a mile or so off the Royal Mile in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It is right off the bus routes, so very convenient to get around. We typically walked to most sites. The home-made breakfasts were also excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

Our room was bright, spotless and welcoming, and the bathroom had heated floor and towel rack, and a gorgeous skylight to make it bright and cheery. Off-street parking was a real bonus, and the breakfast specials were delicious. The hosts suggested some wonderful nearby restaurants and pubs and provided maps and great advice.

We spent three nights recently and enjoyed the location, our lovely room with all the modern amenities, and the breakfast choices. Our hosts and their staff were very helpful with dinner suggestions and reservations. We definitely recommend Kingsway Guest House.
