Staff was very friendly. The TV in our room wasn't working and they went out of their way to make sure it was fixed quickly. There was also no problem getting an extra blanket for our room. The room was decorated well . Shower was great. Location is perfect within walking distance to castle. the reception staff very friendly, polite. We did not eat there as many restaurants around the area. Will stay there again.

The room was decorated well with a modern, boutique theme. The shower was great and the room clean. The location was within 5 minutes walk of the main areas. The staff were friendly and helpful. We didn't eat there other than breakfast which was good.

a very 'brisk' receptionist soon saw us to our rooms, we had booked two double rooms, ours were both on the ground floor so very easy to access.both rooms were very comfy, clean and fresh, with all usual facilities.only limited parking at the hotel, but hotel is situated close to everything really.
