“A peaceful home away from home in the heart of Edinburgh”

I stayed for two nights with Diane and Robert and would highly recommended 40A Heriot Row. By the time I left, I felt like a welcome friend rather than a paying guest. “Home away from home”

From the start, the hosts made us feel very welcome. The house is speldid and in a wonderfully central yet quiet location. The room was a perfect size with a very comfortable bed and ensuite shower room. Diane and Robert offer a hearty breakfast too! We were sad to leave and will definately be returning here for our next stay... More
