At such a low cost we were expecting an average standard BnB but on arrival we were surprised that the place has beautiful decor and is spotlessly clean. Stayed here by myself whilst travelling north for a funeral. Had a lovely cosy room on the top floor with ensuite. I was made to feel very welcome by a young lady. A 10min walk and you are at Waverley Station and close to the Royal Mile with many restaurants enroute. Would love to stay here again.
