We stayed here during the Hogmanay period and loved every moment. The landlords were very friendly and couldn't do more to help. The room was big and had everything we needed. The breakfast was also fantastic. Thoroughly recommend. A 35min walk to town or a 15min bus ride.

Great location, close to the great bars and restaurants of Leith Walk and the Shore. Friendly and accommodating staff, comfy room and a massive full Scottish breakfast - what more could you want?
