Stayed for three nights over marathon weekend. Our room was well presented and well equipped. Breakfast was tasty and freshly cooked. The owners were very friendly. Overall our stay was excellent.

It was so sweet that Derek had bucks fizz for my parents and I on the day of our wedding and the rooms was lovely; perfect for the preparation for the big day when I had both my sister and her friend with me to do my make-up and hair. Great breakfast too.

Stayed for 4 nights. Very clean and nicely located within 5-10 mins walk of the Leith Waterside with great restaurants.
