Stayed here for the rugby international. Saturday night expensive - understandable as everywhere else was full but other nights were very reasonable. Well situated just 10 minutes from the Royal Mile. Nice modern rooms, very friendly staff and excellent breakfast. More

We were there with friends for 2 night sat/sun night stay. Great location, food was fine except on sat night they were running out of things by 7-30. Room when we arrived was freezing but reception supplied a heater. great staff woudl use it again More

My husband and I stayed here 4 years ago and it was as good then as it is now. The rooms are a really nice size and have a nice feel with great luxurious bathrooms. Arrived early with no parking...however, our room was ready and so was a parking place...brilliant as Edinburgh is a nightmare to park.
