A great little guest house situated just behind Carlton Hill and close to the Playhouse and Omni Centre. Within walking distance of downtown and Carlton Hill this place was great for us. Cute tartan decore in a nice Georgian flat. Our room was good was quiet as we were in the back. Room is a bit cheaper as they don't service the rooms if you are there for less than three nights.

We stayed here for two nights and while it was a great location and a fairly decent price, the parking issue really turned us off from here. We were not warned that parking nearby is completely impossible and spent over an hour the first night we arrive in Edinburgh searching for a parking space a mile away from the B&B.... More
