The rooms are neat and good even though its small! The price is reasonable and right for the place! + the room cleanness. + the break fast. + the service. - distance from city centre. - food choices - as its campus accommodation hard to find shops and after 7 pm every thing is closed.

Now named Edinburgh Conference Center, the place is inside Heriot Watt University, where I was studying. A lady comes to clean everyday. Facilities are in good order. Check out their website.

As others have noted, this is not the best choice if you are looking for a luxurious stay, with close proximity to the city centre. However, it is an excellent choice for the value traveler. good clean hotel . to find your way to reception use car park C which is about 100 metres in just past mini roundabout and follow signs to main reception. If you need to drop your luggage off you can park near main reception at the drop off point for 10 mins.
