Very poor. No reception when I arrived. Couldn't fill kettle with water - could only plug it into socket with the kettle standing on the floor. Lady serving breakfast could hardly speak English - poor reception - far away from the normal Scottish "good morning" greeting (she is from China I think). Room was very tiny with bed against wall. Bed light not working. No where to sit. Room was not serviced for our two night stay. Caretaker did not know about local attractions, or where to eat. The worst place we stayed at in our two month visit to the UK. Would not recommend. Good location and street parking.
