I stayed here with my daughter for a visit to St Andrews and we were given two rooms for the price of one and treated very well by the kindly owner, who served up a wonderful full Scottish breakfast for our one-night stay.

I stayed here for eight weeks while working in Kirkcaldy. My room was very clean and comfortable and I received a lovely breakfast each morning. I was made to feel very welcome throughout my stay and I would definitely recommend the Hollytree to anyone looking for somewhere to stay. Craig

What a wonderful family! If you are looking for a comfortable place to stay, where the people are friendly, the food is great and the rooms are cozy...then this is the place to go! Travellling alone can be so lonesome, but not when you stay here! I felt so at home and slept so well there! The food was fantastic... More

I stayed there recently and I really enjoyed . Situated in a great quiet place very close driving distance to the nice Scottish beaches and Edinburgh. I think owners Jack and Malcolm are amazing people , very friendly and helpfully. They keep b&b in a very good nice clean condition and breakfast was amazing the best I ever had :)... More

If this place had had nothing else, the breakfast would have secured it as one of the best B&Bs by far. However, it had a whole lot else. Impeccably clean and cosy, incredibly comfy bed which I wish I could have taken home with me and the friendly, welcoming owners Malcolm and Jackie practically bent over backwards to make sure... We were a party of 3, attending a wedding in St Andrews. This accomodation was sorted for us and to be fair was probably not what we would have chosen doing it ourselves, but we all agreed we would stay here again. Although now in need of a little TLC, it was comfortable and suited us fine. The owners Malcolm... More

I have to admit that this is one of the best B&B's I have ever had the pleasure to visit! The owners can not do enough to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast is something else! The setting of the B&B is beautiful with lots of good country walks and... More

Cottage advertised as 3 star, with 3 bedrooms, kitchen facilities and shared bathroom. This appeared to suit our needs as we had a party of 7 to accommodate. Our trip started poorly with no-one to greet us on arrival. We tried telephoning both the landline and mobile numbers with no replies to either number. On entering the cottage accommodation, it... This property which is next to the B&B is our own live in cottage which we gave up to this party. we moved beds and furniture around to accommodate them to what their requirements should be. If you check out the other reports it puts this one in perspective. I think they were looking not to pay anything or pay... More

My wife & I only stayed 1 night (unfortunately), but the friendliness and hospitality we got from Jacqueline and Malcolm were of the highest order. Nothing seemed too much trouble, Malcolm even ran us to the station on Sunday morning in time for the train. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, but the highlight for both of us (especially... More

I stayed with my girlfriend at the Hollytree in September while visiting relatives in the area. The all round service was faultless. The owners (Malcolm and Jackie) are two of the most welcoming people I and my girlfriend have ever come across . The area is set in the midst of idyllic open fields. Rising up in the morning to...
