We went as a family and got two rooms. The beds were uncomfortable, and breakfast poor. It was noisy, smelly and when I complained I was told that no-one else had ever complained and so the problem was mine! annoyingly it worked out cheaper for us to stay at the Hilton!

Having the advantage of knowing of the guest brain67, he was infact the drunken ned. He was rude to staff, and eventually ASKED to leave. I know the hotel, food and staff are of a high quality and the previous reviews are nothing short of nonsense.

This is a cute little hotel in Giffnock. Their main business is the bar/restaurant with a hotel attached. Great food in the bar. Delicious scottish breakfast served every morning in the breakfast room. Small but comfy rooms with internet access.
