Just back from an overnight stay, with friends, to celebrate my husband's birthday. Dinner was amazing and breakfast was fantastic. Check out the dinner menu on their website. Berta, Mike and their staff make you so welcome. Enjoyed Muffin and Fanta's (dogs) company too. Couldn't believe the size of the bedrooms - absolutely huge. You arrive as a guest and... More

Outstanding in every way. If you're looking for a relaxing homely atmosphere & great food this is the place to go. My husband & I had a wonderful 5 course meal set in front of a roaring log fire. The food was excellent quality, plenty choice & great value, we couldnt fault anything. If you have a sweet tooth then... More

Yet again our visit to Struthers Farmhouse was outstanding. The food is terrific, all freshly prepared by Berta & her team. Where else could you get a 5 course home cooked meal for £26 ?? You still need to take all your own drinks - soft , wine etc but there is no corkage charge should you do. Payment can... More

I visited this excellent establishment with friends and was delighted to experience the fantastic relaxing atmosphere and superbly cooked food from an excellent menu. The choices and courses that are on offer for £26.00 are outstanding value and if you wish to stay for B&B it is only £49. This is a little Gem of a place and not to... More

When my son & his girlfriend emigrated to Australia they wanted as many family & friends as possible to say farewell. We chose Struther Farmhouse & a total of 18 were seated around a huge table. The food, which is generally traditional Scottish, was excellent. This is a BYOB establishment which along with BYOB resulted in a relatively inexpensive night... More

I went to Struthers farmhouse with 3 friends to celebrate my friends special birthday. We stayed DBB for £49 and BYOB-great value! Set at the end of a quaint Ayrshire village with a lovely drive to the entrance with plenty of car park space. We were greated by the owner who showed us to our large, oldly/worldly, immaculate room. Very... More

What a delight to visit this restaurant, fantastice 'honest' food with exceptional service!!! Nothing is too much bother for the staff here. We travelled from Fife to be there especially and I am so glad we braved the torrential rain to get there. If you are looking for a great place to eat and chill out, this is the place.... More

The choice of food is outstanding. For £26 per adult Tuesday - Saturday you get a 5 course meal freshly prepared using local produce as far as possible. The Farmhouse has no drinks licence so you must bring your own wine etc and there is NO corkage charge applied. You must bring all soft drinks as well. At Christmas and... More

unexcpected but really, really great...the Struther Farmhouse offers brilliant food and a very special nice atmosphere. We got there by chance when coming from Arran and looking for a place to stay in the south of Glasgow (20 min) and it was a real good place to eat and stay over night.
